As an individual consultant and as the manager of De La Rosa Zimmerle, LLC, Mr. Zimmerle's public sector clients include Sacramento Municipal Utility District, Sacramento County Airport Systems, , City of Sacramento, County of Stanislaus, Elk Grove Unified School District, State of California Housing & Community Development Department, State of California Department of Fish & Game, and State of California Department of Justice, California, City of Los Angeles, Port of Los Angeles, Cooperative Personnel Services, and various other small agencies and special districts.
