• Feasibility and Cost Benefit Analysis:
  Experienced Grace Consulting team members conduct financial analyses of existing operations and programs to determine cost effectiveness of current operations; to identify and recommend cost savings opportunities, to recommend changes in cost allocation methods and/or metrics used to measure and report costs operations.
