  • Job Analysis:
    Job analysis is the basis for strategically aligned and legally compliant HR programs and practices. Job analysis results in the development of detailed job or competency descriptions that in turn serve as the basis for recruitment and selection activities, employee performance appraisals, training and development programs, and compensation and recognition programs. Experienced Grace Consulting team members analyze jobs, skills and competencies and develop clear, accurate and legally compliant job descriptions.
  • Job Evaluation:
    Retention studies have found that employee turnover can be minimized if employees are satisfied with their work environment and they feel that pay is equitable compared to their peers. Qualitative and quantitative job evaluation systems are used to establish salary structures that are internally equitable based on the level of responsibility, effort, knowledge/skill, and working conditions. Using qualitative or quantitative methods, experienced members of the Grace Consulting team design and/or modify classification structures to establish internal equity.
  • Compensation Studies:
    Does your compensation program(s) support your organization's strategic goals and objectives? Are you able to recruit and retain the talent needed to achieve performance goals? Are your pay programs market competitive? Members of the Grace Consulting team design and conduct a variety of salary, benefits and total compensation surveys, and/or analyze published survey data to identify an organization's position in the market and recommend a salary plan that is aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives and resource parameters.
  • Staffing Analysis:
    Do employees consistently complain that there is too much work? Are critical deadlines consistently missed? Is the quality of work output below established standards? It could be that your organization is understaffed, or that your workforce lacks critical skills and/or competencies, or workflow and processes need modification. Experienced Grace Consulting team members conduct studies to determine and recommend appropriate staffing levels; skills and/or competency development needs; and/or the redesign of workflow or processes to establish equitable and operationally efficient workloads.
  • Workplace Investigations:
    Experienced members of the Grace Consulting team conduct objective investigations of workplace complaints and recommend the most appropriate solution based on findings, applicable state and federal regulations, and established policy and procedure.
  • Training & Development:
    The success of any organization is dependent upon the skills and competencies of its management, supervisors, and staff. Experienced members of the Grace Consulting team provide a variety of coaching and training programs to help you develop the skills and competencies of your workforce needed to achieve your performance goals.
  • Performance Management Systems:
    Is the performance that your system measures the right performance? Experienced Grace Consulting team members assess and recommend the design/modification of performance management systems to guide performance towards achievement of desired performance goals.
  • Reward and Recognition Programs:
    Well designed reward and recognition programs motivate exemplary performance and continuous improvement, and have proven to enhance employee retention rates. Experienced Grace Consulting team members assess and recommend the design/modification of these types of programs to ensure that they are equitable, motivate performance, and support strategic goals and objectives.
  • Policy and Procedure Review/Development:
    Are your employee handbook and human resources policies and procedures current, legally compliant, well developed and clearly stated? Experienced members of the Grace Consulting team assess and develop, or guide development of these documents to ensure that you they are current, clearly written, customized to the culture of each organization, and legally compliant.
