CHANGE MANAGEMENT SERVICES

  • Assess and Describe the Current Environment:
The design and integration of change into an organization begins with the identification and evaluation of the current ?as is? organizational environment. This assessment includes an identification of key stakeholders that will be impacted by change; the current policies, procedures and support and technical systems that will be affected by the change; and staff readiness to accept change. Experienced members of the Grace Consulting team evaluate the current environment of organizations for a variety of reasons including: to determine cost and/or operational effectiveness and opportunities for improvement; to describe and document current work processes; to determine support services and/or automation needs; and to develop recommendations for change to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate Design of the Future Environment:
Once the current environment has been assessed and a business case for change has been identified and approved, planning and design of the future environment begins. Experienced members of the Grace Consulting team facilitate the design of a future environment by gathering additional information from key stakeholders on a variety of topics including: opportunities for improvement to workflow, processes, and systems; support services required for change to occur; staff readiness to accept change; and potential barriers to change; and then use all information collected to design and document the future environment best suited to meet stated goals and objectives and to establish post implementation performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with Implementation of Change:
Grace Consulting professionals assist organizations with the implementation of change by providing ongoing guidance to those impacted throughout the change integration process. This assistance varies according to the type of change being implemented and can include: the identification of system functionality and impact on existing processes; job analysis and job redesign; staffing and skills analysis; changes to procedure documentation; development and provision training; and re-assessment of performance appraisal metrics.
  • Conduct Post-implementation Assessment:
Using established metrics for the changed environment, Grace Consulting professionals assess the improvement in operational and or cost performance, employee productivity and/or other established improvement goal to assess the effectiveness of changes implemented and to identify modifications required for optimal performance improvement. Grace Consulting team members establish and provide a plan to guide ongoing assessment and adjustments for continuous improvement to achieve established and changing goals and objectives.
