CHRISTINE M. CASEY Chris Casey's career in human resources spans over twenty-five years and offers a combination of professional human resources skills, management experience, and communications expertise which adapts particularly well to the responsibilities and priorities of today's business community. As a consulting resource to a wide variety of small to mid-sized private companies to large public and non-profit agencies, Ms. Casey has developed and implemented numerous and custom designed human resource systems for her clients. These projects include the successful development of classification systems, compensation and benefit plans, performance appraisal instruments, policy and procedures manuals, employee handbooks, and employee recognition and incentive programs. She also provides on-going management advisory services relating to successful project implementation, employee relations, labor law and other human resource issues. Enhancing her years of consulting, Chris Casey has served as a member of the senior management team for a bank, a savings and loan, and a specialized children's hospital. It is these years of experience working as a vice president/director of human resources within organizations that give Ms. Casey the "hands-on" insight to produce recommendations that are both practical and usable. This expertise also allows her to provide the client with the support and coaching necessary to successfully implement the results of her projects. Ms. Casey works with each client every step of the way to ensure open communications, mutual understanding of the process, and assurance that the client's needs and priorities are continuing to be met.
