Ms. St. Clair has over twenty-five years of human resources experience in the areas of staffing, recruitment training, labor relations and salary administration. As a consultant, she has performed complaint investigations, HR analysis, conducted sexual harassment prevention and other employee and supervisory training programs, and conducted executive searches for a diversity of clients.

Ms. St Clair was responsible for the design and implementation of the company’s human resources department. Her human resources responsibilities included staffing and recruitment, safety management, training and development, salary administration, and facilities management for several sites

North Metro Tech, ( Acworth, GA)

Ms. St Clair taught various courses to traditional age and returning college students. Courses included Labor Law, Personnel Administration, Marketing Management, Economics, Advertising, and English.

Ms. St Clair successfully managed the re-election campaign for state representative Henson. Her responsibilities included fund-raising, volunteer coordination, outreach and public relations.

Ms. St Clair served as personnel generalist for Kmart’s southeast distribution center’s management and union employees. Her responsibilities included staffing, training and development, and labor relations. She supervised a staff of nine, developed and implemented a participative management team approach for supervisors and union employees; significantly reduced absenteeism and work-related injuries, and conducted a study to assess the center’s automation needs.
